I’ve had trouble with weight all my life – been a “heavy” kid since day one – (you should see my baby pictures – Kitty tells me I looks cute but I think I just look pudgy – no baby please don’t post my baby pics!!!) – even through my teen years when your metabolism should be rocketing at the speed of light, i was still not able to shed the extra pounds. Logn story short, I’ve been probably between 30-70 lbs overweight all my life.
Needless to say, I’ve been on a ton of diets, and believe me, you will hear about some of those disasters here over time. However, we think we’ve finally hit on a keeper on the diet front, and it is Joel Fuhrman’s Eat to Live Diet. Its pretty straightforward, logical, sensible and very nutritious. In fact, its all about nutrition. Since I’ve been on it I’ve lost about 25 lbs since November, even through the worst of the big-eating holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Two Birthdays and Valentines Day (you could sat that in our family Nov-Feb is the “Perfect Storm Of Food” – if a diet can survive those four months, it can survive ANYTHING)
Eat To Live is healthy, smart, tasty and above all IT WORKS. The weight just slid right off, as long as I stuck to it. With other diets, I gained weight even on the diet (Atkins 3rd time around) but not this one: you stick to it – you lose weight – PLUS you get healthier! Its a win win win all around. Highly recommended!
